Kruchten博士特別セミナー「アジャイルは単に廃れつつある流行語なのか？」（2009年12月12日開催）の配布資料を見返していて、博士によるアジャイルさの説明はとてもしっくりときた。考え方が似ているからかな。結局のところ、アジャイルさとはこれ以上でもこれ以下でもないんだろうな、と思う。
Agility is the ability of an organization to react and adapt to change in its environment faster than the rate of these changes.（アジャイルさとは、環境の変化よりも速くその変化に対応し、適応する組織の能力である。）
